About TMC² Innovations LLC

My Company

TMC² Innovations is a single member LLC founded by a Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion towards simple and elegant designs in resolving complex problems. The company was founded in 2014 by Tae Mark Chung who served in the semi-conductor, fusion energy, aerospace, and 3D printing industries over the course of 3 decades.

My Services

I offer a wide range of design services specializing in taking ideas from concept to production.  This includes Ideation, Concept Selection, 3D CAD Modeling, FEA Simulations, Hand Calculations, Design Presentations, Drawing Generation per ASME Y14.5, Test Plan and Strategy, BOM Creation and Maintenance, and Manufacturing Work Instructions. I am dedicated to providing my clients with comprehensive solutions that meet their unique needs.

    My expertise is designing innovative and effective mechanical systems that meet your specific needs. I use the latest technologies and software to develop 3D models and prototypes that ensure your system is efficient and reliable.  I am passionate about leading and working within a small cross functional team utilizing Agile methodology in delivering integrated end to end solutions.

    Mechanical Analysis

    I conduct comprehensive mechanical analyses of all designs to ensure safety and reliability. I use advanced simulation software to test for stress, strain, and fatigue, ensuring your system can withstand heavy use and extreme conditions.

    Manufacturing Support

    I provide expert support throughout the manufacturing process, including tooling design, materials selection, and quality control. I work closely with your team to ensure your system is manufactured efficiently and with the highest quality standards.
